The foam market continues to grow, especially for many small businesses and restaurants. In many regions of the United States, foam recycling programs have been established, aiming to transfer used foam from landfills to the production of recycled products to achieve rebirth of foam.
Recently, a new foam recycling center was added in Florida, USA, located at 401 4th Street, Deerfield Beach, called Deerfield Beach Drop-off Recycling Center. Both residents and non-residents can make full use of this foam recycling point in this new plan and release foam products for free.
Debra Shaw, the Waste Coordinator in Deerfield said, “Styrofoam is one of the most items that need to be recycled here, we are very happy to accept and recycle it!” It should be noted that the foam needs to be cleaned or wiped before being put in, if there is a straw or lid it also needs to be taken down.
The opening hours of this foam recycling center are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Tuesday to Friday. The establishment of this recycling center has greatly promoted the enthusiasm of residents and non-residents in foam recycling, and urged everyone to work together for the recycling business.
