On March 27, 2020, the Environmental Club members seek sustainability at school and home, assisting in foam recycling action.

After joining the environmental club at Thornapple Kellogg Middle School, students all decided to stop using disposable containers for school lunch, shifting to a waste-free, reusable lunch container.
It is a meaningful action that not only reduce the pollution of environment but also save precious resources. As we all know, foam is a non-degradable material. If everyone uses disposable foam lunch boxes and discards them without recycling, it will be a huge disaster for the soil on which we depend. So, the activity of the Environmental Club is an example of one person , or one group, it is alerting us to do well, to make a difference in foam recycling.
