GREENMAX New Foam Densifier Automatic-Cutting and Packing Makes your Operation More Convenience

With the development of society and technology, manual labor is gradually replaced by machines. In the past, the cost of labor was low, but machine is higher. Now, many repetitive things, which need to be done by people themselves, can also be done by machines, which, on the contrary, increases labor cost, and the automation requirements for machines are becoming higher and higher. In foam recycling industry, high automatic level of foam densifier are required.

Once upon a time, to operate the foam densifier, at least two operators were needed, one for feeding at the front of the machine and the other for material output at the back end of the machine. One set of machine takes two labor’s time. Obviously, it doesn’t matter in some countries with a large population. However, in Japan, Australia and some sparsely populated countries, it counts.

In response to this requirement, GREENMAX has developed a fully automatic machine that completes the entire process of foam recycling with only one operator. There are four differences between this machine and the conventional one.

First is the Conveyor. The loose foam can be conveyed easily through the conveyor to the feeding hopper of the crusher, saving time and labor. Second is the Auto-Cutter. After the Styrofoam melting process, the automatic cutter can cut the volume-reduced foam sausages into same size balls, so collection and transportation of output is much easier. The third is Water Cooling Device. It will cool down the melted and cut foam balls to prevent them from sticking together. The last is the Output Conveyor. Through which, the melted, cut, cooled down foam balls will be automatically conveyed to the storage bag directly.

This new foam densifier, characterizes in automatic, labor saving, time saving, and non-sticking, may be the best choice for businesses want to save more time and labor during foam recycling.
